The iOS app is being prepared for release. This notice describes the iOS advertising configuration. The web converter does not run an advertising SDK.
Original text, titles and sound spellings are processed on the device, not sent to an ad SDK or conversion server. Saving is your choice. PDFs and stories are created when you export or share them. Support emails use your email service.
The iOS app is being prepared with Google AdMob banner ads. For advertising, security and measurement, the SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location, device/ad identifiers where permitted, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance information. Lyrics you enter are separate from advertising data. Live ad-account setup and device verification are not yet complete.
All users receive child-protective, general-audience, non-personalized ad requests. We do not ask for or store an age or date of birth. Google UMP determines whether ads may be requested. Missing consent or an ad failure does not block conversion, saving, sharing or PDFs.
Use Advertising & privacy in the app to reopen Google privacy choices when required. This configuration does not use IDFA or request tracking permission. Google policies govern advertising data processing and retention. Contact the email below for questions or privacy requests.
Retention, deletion and privacy requests
Saved titles, original text, sound spellings and language settings stay on the device until you delete a song or remove the app. Delete individual songs in My songs. Removing the app deletes its local data. Manage any copies retained in iOS or other backups separately. There is no server account or automatic syncing.
Exported PDFs, story images, backup files and copies already shared with other people are not deleted when you delete a song or remove the app. Delete them separately in Files, Photos, backup locations and the services where you shared them.
Email addresses, messages and attachments you choose to send for support are retained while needed to answer and follow up, then deleted when no longer needed. You do not need to send lyrics or backups. Request access, correction or deletion at [email protected]. Information required by law may be retained until that obligation ends. Support correspondence uses email service providers.
Google AdMob and UMP process advertising data for the purposes described above. Provider-side retention, deletion and privacy requests follow Google's privacy policy; the app cannot directly access or delete the provider's server records. When available, change consent in Advertising & privacy. Advertising stops if the resulting state does not allow ad requests. App features remain available.
We require third-party services processing user information to provide the protection required by this notice and applicable law. Opening public support or privacy pages may involve Cloudflare hosting access records. Optional web analytics runs only after separate consent and can be declined or withdrawn using Analytics settings at the bottom of that page. Web analytics does not run in the iOS converter.
